Welcome to my idea of fun

Here are some links to make you smile. These are all comics I read on a regular basis.
Check them out, especially the first one. Sluggy's great!

Foxtrot
Agnes
Baby Blues
Luanne
For Better or For Worse
Peanuts (reruns....alas...but still great.)

An important thing to note is that both Get Fuzzy and Foxtrot are written by graduates of my alma matter, Amherst College...a school constantly churning out talented folks!

Despite its not being produced by an Amherst graduate, I must confess that I am completely addicted to the first comic on the list, Sluggy. Most nights at midnight I sit at my computer, pressing refresh until finally the new Sluggy comic is posted. Once I've read it, I can go to bed to peace.

I was lucky enough to meet the author, Pete Abrams, at Confusion in January 2002. I also got to meet his sidekick, Shirt-Guy Tom. It turns out that they both are great guys, and a lot of fun! Here is the con-report that Pete and Tom wrote up - as you will see, they liked me too! (Yay!)

Being the Sluggy fanatic that I am, when they had a contest to "create your own Sluggy strip", naturally I jumped at the chance. So did Chad, another Sluggy convert. Alas, our strips were not deemed good enough to win the contest, but I'm posting them here for your viewing pleasure anyway. Because we thought they were pretty darn good. So there. Hrmph.
